Message	Our business has more than doubled this year. We have reduced wait times by 50%. Soon we will be able to reduce it by another 50%. The bottom line is - it has become popular to vendor bash - especially me. I don't ask my customers to post about my service - good or bad. Once in a while i will say if you like what you get - tell a friend. I will take my lumps. Im not purfect by any means - but we do focus on quality - which i think means the most to people. We live in a fast food society - you can't get filet at Jack in the Box. But we will continue to get faster and faster as we execute our business plan for the year. Thanks for the kind words.
